Double spiral internal cooling pipe can make it cool down when the milling high viscosity material.

The mechanical sealing is made by Germany BURGMANN . The bearing is made by NSK .

The dynamic separator is made by power alloy YG6X.

Can get the ideal fineness only one time for milling,  if installed with Three Roll Mill, which can improve the capacity of production

ZLLG series vertical sand mill, uses stud as grinding mechanism, especially fitted for high viscosity  material such as paste ink, (offset printing ink, gravure ink, stencil ink)and special slurry  material. The unit has below characteristics:

Dual cooling for both rotor and stator, more efficient and significantly reduces the temperature generated during the grinding process.

Grinding media with 1.6-2.5mm diamaters are acceptable.

The fineness of discharged material reaches sub-micron.

Be equipped with manually or hydraulic volume adjustment mechanism (bead box).which can  realize low load starting, and real-time modification of energy density, to complete difficult dispersing task.

A magnetic filter with magnetic flux up to 6000G, which could completely remove the metal impurities in the grinding process.

The machine is called almighty_-type because of its good quality. It can compose a production line with the combination use of 3 roll mill.
